Good start. catched terravision coach from liverpool street to stansted airport.
online checkin, only hand luggage, passed security check, drink at airport.

waiting for the plane to arrive for 1 hour more than 2 hours…
consolatory £5 refreshment voucher (coffee/tea only – not beer dude!)

finally arrived at 10:30am 13:30am in Stuttgart with 175min delay due to technical problems. meh.

Chill out with some hacker friends @ Shack 2.0 enjoying free wifi, nibbles and Wulle Beer sponsored by google i/o.

Meeting with brothers and friends for  a drink at OBLOMOW.


Catched S-Bahn back home.  Unforeseen stop in Bad Cannstatt at 0:30am due to a Polizeieinsatz on the train tracks…waiting again…for more than 1 hour to continue travel. Finally, arriving at home at 2:00am in the morning.


Travel Costs:
Flight: London Stansted > Stuttgart £31.99 (£24.99 Flight + £7.00 Transaction Fee)
booked with germanwings – they have quite good offers if you need to go to stuttgart and book early. nevertheless, it’s probably cheaper with ryan air etc. if you travel to berlin or other german cities. try the flightchecker if travelling from uk or other online tools.

Airport Transfer:  £9 one way saved the return bit from an old ticket, worth to keep it!
